Electrician needed (with underfloor heating experience)

We need a motorised valve wired in to a timer so that we can run our underfloor heating separately from our main heating system there is already a separate timer installed for the underfloor heating but apparently this was being ?overridden? by the timer for the main system.

The motorised valve has already been installed by a plumber but the electrician he recommended has let us down (on a number of occasions!)

Any recommendations?
