Free prom dresses - for a school?

Hi - I recently cleared out my room at my parents? house and have about 10-15 ball/prom dresses gathering dust. Rather than try to get a tiny bit of money for each of them, I was wondering if any school or community group would like them to lend to students who might be struggling with the cost of prom each year?

I don?t have space to store them, but quite like the idea of people getting good use out of them if anyone knows of someone who might be able to store and lend them.

Hi,

I think Whippersnappers is a local drama/arts group which might be able to put these to good use. https://whippersnappers.org/about-us/

The other is Theatre Peckham. They also do brilliant work with local children

I hope you find one of these to donate to or somewhere else.

    • Perhaps read my posts properly. I didn't ask for evidence of levels of crime in London. To the best of my recollection, I asked you to provide comparative statistics for levels of crime in similar urban areas nationally  and internationally. I will ask you again. Do you have those statistics? And to the best of my knowledge I never asked for "bits which relate to London/UK" to be removed. What a very strange thing to say. I presumably meant that your post wasn't specifically  related to SE22, which posts in this section of the forum are supposed to be. You seem to have a bee in your bonnet about crime in London. Why do you still continue to live here if you think it is such a very dangerous place? You seem to go around deliberately looking for signs of crime. Why not start appreciating all the good things about living in London, instead?
