What's this supposed to mean? Is it more snobbery and sneering? This place seems to rife with it!

I just meant that doormen are far more likely to encounter "fuckwittery and bile" in the course of their job, you probably see far more of it than the average person.

Comments aren't snobbery or sneering just because you don't understand them.

Fair enough, thanks for explaining. I've encountered plenty of sneering and snobbery on here,it seems to be the norm from certain contributors hence my response.

I take it that you voted for fortress europe, for more white europeans to come here , for the Calais migrant camps to stop non whites coming here,to militarise the borders, For Merkel to shamelessly try and bribe Turkish president Erdogan to take refugees off her hands? I take it that you knew what you were voting for right?

Freedom of movement across continents isn't just a European thing

Boris's group are trying to get freedom of movement with Australia and Canada instead of EU

Australia not keen though. NZ and Australia already have freedom of movement between each other.

There was a time when many of us admired politicians for their integrity.  Most still have that, but some high profile ones including, after Musk, the second most powerful person in the world.....
    • Hi everyone, I’m a Geography student at the University of Manchester and I’m currently writing my dissertation on regeneration and public spaces in Peckham. I’m hoping to speak to some local residents or people who regularly use the area about how they experience changes in Peckham (for example Rye Lane, Peckham Levels, Copeland Park, etc.). It would just be a short, informal interview (around 10-15 minutes) online, and everything would be anonymous. I’m particularly keen to hear from people who’ve lived in or used Peckham for a long time, but all perspectives are welcome. If you’d be happy to take part or would like more information, please comment below or send me a private message. I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks so much, Francesca
