Yoga to help lower blood pressure

A recent episode of ?Trust me, I?m a Doctor? featured a piece about yoga as a way to help lower blood pressure:


In the study, the participants also experienced positive impact on their mental health (depression and anxiety).

I am a qualified Viniyoga teacher (the style of yoga used in this study) and run local classes of no more that 5 students.

I teach 2 classes at the Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic, Crystal Palace Road on Thursdays: 6:45 to 8pm and 8:15 to 9:30pm.

The classes are ?10 (when a full term is paid in advance) or ?11.50 for drop in. I also offer taster sessions for new students for ?5. The next class is Thursday 27th February.
