Recommendation please for a builder/garden labourer

I need to find someone urgently to help with a small amount of hard landscaping in the garden. I started before I realised I couldn't do it myself so could do with finding someone who can do the work asap! The work is to take up some breeze blocks that are cemented in as a border and then lay some railway sleepers in their place. Plus take up a small amount of concrete pathway and lay a small amount of crazy paving. it's quite a small job but I don't have the right tools or knowledge to do it myself. Any recommendations appreciated.
