Coffee!

What would be really great would be a mobile coffee van you could place orders with, and they'd leave coffee (and cakes/pastries) on your doorstep.

Does anybody know of such a service?!

(Yes I am aware of how absurdly indulgent this sounds, but we miss good coffee...)

I?ve seen a lot of people still popping to take away cafes for their coffee fix so you aren?t alone. In all these cases, deliveries or takeaways, the coffee would have to be delivered in plastic lined cups with a plastic lid. The hot liquid makes micro particles of plastic leach from the cup into the coffee, these aren?t good for you. It?s also not great for the planet. Perhaps now we all have a bit more time at home, you could buy a cafeti?re and some nice ground coffee to get your good coffee fix, it?s how the French do it and can be even tastier than a cafe coffee.

Thanks. Obviously the "make it yourself" option is one I have considered (and am already doing). But a long french-press coffee is not the same thing as an espresso based coffee (cortado/flat white).

I agree with you. That's why we have a moka, bought it in Italy, but can buy here too. :)
