Hello, We recently purchased a flat just before the lock down and are currently moving out of our rental flat. I thought I would post a link to it on here if anyone is looking. Technically our lease ends in June but our dates are flexible as we already have the keys to our new flat. I am happy to do guided facetime viewings if anyone is interested. It is through an agent (who have been really great) we are trying to help out the agent as they are unable to do any viewings.

  No problem. I think it is also worth saying, in light of the recent Panorama programme, that we, at No-Flies, are completely independent and do not have referral arrangements with solicitors or surveyors. We believe that both buyers and sellers should be free to make their own choices on who they wish to instruct - though we are happy to provide recommendations and will try to warn people off firms with whom we have had previous bad experiences.
