mlteenie
Our very popular (esp with responsible dog owners) bin at the junction of Hillsboro and Thorncombe has been removed for over a week. No idea why, unless it relates to expense. It will result in waste being dumped on the streets, I'm sure. :-/Has anyone else lost their bin? mancity68
We had one removed some years ago. I complained to Council, it was replaced. Disappeared again, complained, was replaced. It then disappeared again and when I complained again I was told that the person who had moved into the house by the bin had been complaining and getting it removed.... Never got to the bottom of it but it transpired that the person in the house near the bin had more clout than I did. The bin was never replaced, nor relocated and yes, we do have more rubbish as a consequence.
