Missing Parrot lordship lane

My African grey parrot escaped through the garden and we?ve been searching for him around our neighbours on Lordship Lane. Please keep an eye out I?m worried about him. Please let me know if you see him in your garden

His name is Jack and he likes peanuts. He may not be friendly to strangers so if anyone does see him it?ll be better off letting me get him.

Is he able to fly or are his wings clipped?

Perfect at least he can hopefully be made stay somewhere If people can distract him with the bird nuts until you arrive :)

I just spoke to my mum she told me his wings were never clipped and she saw him actually take off into the trees so I don?t think he?ll be found stuck in someone?s garden. He probably ran off to chase the wild parrots in the area. Maybe he?ll come back but at least I have the comfort of knowing he can fly away from any predators

My sister has a lovely African Grey, she would be devastated to lose him.

I do hope that Jack comes back.

Are you the gentleman who would sometimes sit out Sainsbury's on Dog Kennel Hill with the parrot? If so, he's a beautiful bird, and brought a smile to lots of folk.

You need to go out calling before it gets light in the morning. If there are lots of trees nearby he will stay locally.
