Nightmare! I had the exact same battery issue.

I purchased a battery charger that you plug in at home.

In general a healthy car battery should not discharge over just a few weeks - this tends to happen when (a) the battery is old (4 years or over) or (b) if there is something draining the battery - I had a problem when a boot light didn't go off when the boot was closed. Couldn't see it of course. In very cold weather, additionally (which we haven't been having) batteries may be sluggish first thing - it's often the first warning you get of age overtaking it. Modern batteries do tend to fail dramatically, when they do, rather then give you a struggling warning. When garages are back I'd get yours to check the battery over to make sure it's still underlyingly healthy, and that there isn't an unusual drain on it. Certainly before next winter.

    • Went to a fireworks display maybe 20 years ago at the Crystal Palace, it wasn't bonfire night, can't remember why it was being held, Capital Radio were there. There were people hanging from a crane, classical music, and quiet fireworks,  It was lovely, still dramatic with the colours but no loud bangs. Not sure why this hasn't become the norm.
    • Hi  After a surprising split I find myself trying to furnish a home. If you gave anything that you don't want that may help I'd be so so so grateful if you could let me know please.  Thank you so much
    • Hallo As far as I know  info you have quoted is wrong.  You can phone for an appointment although I have always found it easier to do online. Go to their website for info on how to book appointments Any requests I have made have been reviewed and answered by a GP within 4 hours
    • Nadia did a great job tidying up my very very overgrown yard. (See the before and after photos). I live in New Zealand and my tenants said a neighbour has been complaining about the out of control ivy. Nadia was easy to contact so over WhatsApp, managed to liaise between me and my tenants. Her quote was reasonable for the amount of work that needed doing, and the end result is great! She sent photos throughout so I could track progress. Would highly recommend her to others.
