HI. We have lost our flatmate during lockdown (moved out).. So, worrying as the idea is, are tentatively looking for a new flatmate. It's a top floor maisonette opposite Peckham rye park. Rent is about 470 per month plus bills. I'm a music teacher - working from home at the moment obvs using zoom (but mostly quiet instruments so there shouldn't be a noise issue). And my flatmate works in a garden centre. It's a decent sized flat, on two levels with it's own roof terrace and an amazing view of Peckham rye park. We are easy going, young minded, but in our 50's so not especially party animals. And there is a massive communal back garden and friendly neighbours - big enough for our regular badminton games.. and to sit out chatting with a glass of wine of an evening. We are both vegetarian (1 pescetarian)..

  Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!

  Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…

I dont know.
