Corporate numbering and spam phone calls

Hey guys,

What is corporate numbering? Ive been charged ?5 on my mobile bill and the number 05602534528 which I googled and it said it was corporate numbering. Ive googled this and couldn't find much - does anyone know what this is and how to stop it in the future?
