I ate here last night. Excellent service,good-if slightly overpriced food but so noisy.

Will go again but not on a Saturday.

I love it too but agree about the noise and always rammed full of kids (like my noisy 2 yr old!)

There was a screeching hen night when we were first there, as well as the usual cacophony.

We tried again early doors and it was fine. Yes, good food

I have been to Rocca four times and have never known it to be overly loud. I would agree that it is family friendly but would like to add that you don't really tend to notice! I love the food at Rocca - I never go to italian chains because I always leave disappointed. I think Rocca have some dishes you would expect but they also have some authentic italian dishes made from the freshest ingredients. My boyfriend and I have three courses, a bottle of wine and coffee at a really good price of ?60. The service is always brilliant.

Yes, I have had the puttanesca and pesto pasta dishes. Both great. Last time I went I didn't eat meat. Check out the menu.

I love it here, but definitely better to get a table later in the evening when it quietens down a bit.
