Serious house buyers looking to purchase

Our lovely home that we have outgrown in East Dulwich went under offer the week before the lockdown. We are now not far off exchange and we are still looking for somewhere to move to with our two small children.

Do you have, or do you know of a property in Dulwich Village or the North Dulwich triangle that might be interested in selling?

We are looking for the following:

? 4/5 bedrooms, or that potential;

? 2+ living spaces, or that potential;

? 2+ bathrooms, or that potential;

? 50ft plus garden;

Dulwich Hamlet and Charter North school catchment areas are key.

We?re prepared to do work and will look at anything that meets the criteria with an asking price of up to ?2 million.

We are committed buyers looking for an owner committed to selling.

We are able to move quickly but would consider short term renting to accommodate a seller?s onward plan.

Many thanks.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
