Giraffe would actually attract people to that side of the green and could possibly get the rank of shops to show a bit of life again.

Agree that pizzas etc is pedestrian, so what about tapas? Mebbe that Spanish place way up in the Upper East Side might relocate, or open a satellite branch? Nero
