Police on LL this morning

I noticed some police officers handing out leaflets on LL earlier this morning. Does anyone know what this was about?

Thought so - they should have handed out samples. A shame for all that stuff to go to waste!

The bus I was on was moving a bit too fast to jump off at the time.
