Battery recycling

Hi,

Does anyone know of anywhere in East Dulwich with a recycling bin for old batteries? I?m referring to AA, AAA types, not old car batteries! I used to take them to a Dulwich Library, or to my office, but as neither of those are currently open I?m at a bit of a loss. Don?t really want them to go to landfill!

There's one in Sainsbury's Dog Kennel Hill, just by the exit, opposite the photo booth.

I think there is a requirement that places that sell batteries take old ones. Whether this is observed everywhere is .......

I take my old AA and AAA batteries to the drop off bins at the entrance of Sainsburys Dog Kennel Hill and any plastic bags.
