Chimney Sweep wanted

Hi there, I also recommend Steve - he swept 4 chimneys for me, including one where I had re-fitted a fire-place. Very efficient and professional. Used dust sheets etc and tidied up after himself. Reasonably priced. His other contact details are: Steve Pearce 020 86993713 or 020 88576511. Member of the NAC.

Good luck.

Just jumping in as we had Alan Naish from http://www.123chimneysweeps.co.uk round this morning, based on recommendations from the forum. I'll echo BJAP's post above: he was punctual, professional, friendly, worked quickly with no mess at all and gave us lots of really good advice while he was at it. Definitely happy to recommend him.

Just to add another very positive experience with Alan Naish - friendly, punctual and professional. He was super efficient and very tidy (which is what I was most worried about!). His family has been operating in the area for over 100 years!

You can contact him on 020 8668 9914 or 07956385112

Alan Naish of 1.2.3.CHIMNEY SWEEPS have been genuinely trading as a family run business since 1870,he has been a member of The National Association of Chimmey Sweeps for years we use them every year(as my parents did previous) and the many other recommendations for him here on EDF speak for themselves 020 8668 9914

I used Alain Naish of 1.2.3Chimney Sweeps as well. I recommend him highly: it nowed yesterday, and he was supposed to come at 8am this morning, but because of the snow, he was here at 7.30am -- EARLY! Alan inspected and swept my chimney, even showed me the brush sticking out of the chimney from the road outside the house. He was very clean and thorough while sweeping. He also gave me advice on how to use the chimney. Very nice bloke too. http://123chimneysweeps.co.uk/

Because this post helped me, I would like to chip in and say that we also recommend Alan Naish of 1-2-3 Chimeny Sweeps. He was easy to book in at a convenient time, he arrived early(!), explained everything he was doing and left the area he was working in spotless.

    • I’m basing it on the fact that Jeremy Corbyn had repeatedly and on record said he is against mandatory vaccinations in any situation, and he wouldn’t disclose wether he had the Covid vaccine himself    as I said. Not as bad as his brother but very definitely a bit weird about the whole thing. Just say you had the vaccination Jeremy, say that everyone should and stop being weird in the middle of a global pandemic    it’s the same slippery evasive nonsense about Brexit and him. About Putin poisonings and him.     if you are happy with his evasiveness then you do you.  But there is a reason the country wouldn’t get behind him
    • It was my understanding that Jeremy Corbyn was embarrassed by his brother and had distanced himself from his brother's views. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Why on earth should "the overall view of that family inform Jeremy's response to the pandemic"? What exactly are you basing that assumption on?
    • I guess it's best to do what most Brits do these days, keep your head down and say nothing! although that's probably why this country is in the mess it is today!  😞
