Dog water trough in the park

Sorry to see that the dog water trough outside the loos in Peckham rye park has now been removed. The water was turned off during the lockdown but now the loos are reopened it would have been nice and useful to have this facility restored. Any explanation for this situation? Any plans to offer a watering station for the dogs in the hot weather?
