We would like to introduce ourselves at Gaia Studio, a boutique Yoga and Pilates space opening soon in Peckham Rye, just off Bellenden Road. At present we are very much in the chrysalis stage and busy planning a diverse schedule of classes for all ages.

We value the opinion of the community and would like to receive feedback with regards to class time requirements and styles of yoga and pilates.

Hello!

A quick update on our Yoga & Pilates Studio - the space is now going through major refurbishment and we envision opening in late November/early December.

As a start we will be running Pilates classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and also Saturday afternoons. Both a beginners and intermediate will be offered on those days. Yoga and more Pilates classes will be added as we move into the New Year.
