Hi, are the email notifications not working? I am finding that PMs aren't getting through, and I'm not getting emails for PMs or followed threads. Thanks!

Hi, there does seem to be a problem where a forwarding server is blocking i.e. not forwarding, our emails. Some people get them, some don't. We are looking into it and apologies for the inconvenience.

It's worth checking whether people with problems (sending or receiving) are using VPNs. Sometimes VPN usage can cause problems where IP addresses aren't as anticipated, or may even be overseas.

I don't see how users using a local VPN can affect a mail exchange server because, unless they have their own one, it will be outside the VPN.

@Administrator - is there any pattern with respect to the email address domain name?

Hi beigemartin, not that we're aware of. If you, or someone, is getting them from the forum it'll be good to see the header. Not just the "from" and "reply-to" header but the whole hidden one, like this:
