Hi

Can anyone recommend a local company that takes casts of baby hands/feet as we have a newborn & we'd like to immortalise them before they get bigger.

I've found someone over in SW London (http://www.feet-1st.co.uk/visits.html) but ideally looking for someone a bit more local if there is anyone.

Thanks for your help in advance

Matt

Hi Matt

Someone at Greenwich Market used to do it....something custard the company was called?

The market office may be able to tell you. I think you have to make an appointment

Might be Magic Custard??

Also John Lewis stores have the people in every few week & you can book a slot.

Congratulations on your new baby!

We got our Los feet done by the sister of the guy that owns avocado-think her business is called Patterbox. She does a really beautiful job-I'm not sure if she still does them but you could pop in and see if he is still advertising her work-her name is Sarah. They are sweet to have.or u can book and do it at all fired up (just not as professional as you are involved rather than a pro!)

    • I haven't had a rude EVRI delivery but last week I had an unexpected delivery at 10.42 pm. He didn't ring the bell or knock on the door (or rattle the letter flap) but just took a photo and put the box down.  If it hadnt been for the door camera giving us a beep we would never have known there was a parcel ready to sit there all night.

    • I have a rescue Spanish greyhound (galgo) from the charity mentioned above. You can contact Greyhounds in Need or one of the more local Kent greyhound rescue charities. They are fantastic family dogs. They do love walkies 2 or 3 times a day but they actually don't need to be walked too far and then they will happily loaf around on the sofa being very chill. They are brilliant with kids but not recommended if you own a cat as they have a strong prey drive. They also should be kept on the lead in local parks. They prefer to be around other sight-hounds (well my one does) and there are loads of local sighthound owners in Peckham, Crystal Palace etc and a very lively WhatsApp group that is brilliant if you need dog sitting as you can usually find someone to do that for free in return for you looking after the dog at a later date etc.
