Large and spacious master bedroom (approx 5 x 4m) with kingsize bed, available in a large Victorian terraced house at the heart of Camberwell/Peckham. The room is airy and has great natural light, with two large east-facing windows.

The house is bright, wide and beautiful with plenty of space. There are four bedrooms in total, a large shared living room and connected dining room, two bathrooms (one bath/one shower), a very large kitchen with dining area, and a lovely garden. The garden gets great sunlight all day and occasional visits from local wildlife.

Housemates are three young male professionals working in office jobs with pretty standard schedules. We're an easy-going and friendly bunch! We're working from home at the moment, with ample space for you to do so if needed between the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and garden.

The street itself is very quiet, but you are only a 5-10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye, Bellenden Road, and Camberwell Green for all the nightlife, restaurants, and shops you could ask for. East Dulwich, Brixton and Nunhead are also within easy reach by bike. There is a Sainsbury's Local 2 minutes away, and bigger Lidl and Morrisons also nearby.

Local amenities include lots of great cafes, small shops and friendly bars/pubs. Camberwell and Peckham have a huge selection of world cuisines at good prices so you'll never be stuck for something interesting to eat. There's loads of green space in the area, with two small parks within 3 minutes' walk either way, plus Peckham Rye and Burgess Park each within 20 minutes' walk.

The house is a 10 min walk from Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill stations - both of which are served by Overground and frequent trains to central London (including direct trains to Kings Cross/London Bridge/Victoria). There are also good bus links just at the end of the road, with Oval tube station within 10min and Westminster within 25min.
