Penetrating damp

Hi - is there a good local tradesman who could deal with a small penetrating damp issue? Any recommendations? Thank you.

Monkey where is it penetrating and photos would help. Sometimes it as easy as poor ventilation

Probably need to start a petition. Alternatively likely to be roof, gutter, down pipe or a cold bridge (allows damp to bridge across a wall).
