Anyone know if it was last night or next Friday?

I had a reminder in my calendar, then had a stupidly busy day at work & didn't check it till bedtime.

Felt uncomfortable to me. The school trying to strike a balance between maintaining a partnership relationship with parents, and responding to difficult issues. I wasn't convinced they had it right, but others may feel differently. On the plus side, there was real evidence of a great deal of parental good will but it did appear that critical friend voices are not welcome.

Well, its good that they had the meeting after missing a few. I hope the SMT will really get to grips with dealing with these difficult issues. Was there any mention of the GCSE results?

Um...much as you'd expect, I guess....in due course....widespread problems with English GCSE etc....

Damn. Missed it too. I was wanting to go with my critical friend hat on though so maybe it's for the best...

Annoyed that I missed it. I was half expecting a text/email reminder I suppose. Did they mention the work they are doing on the constitution for the forum? I seem to remember they cited that as the reason for not meeting the month before.

Yes new constitution was announced. I'm sure the PF secretary would email copy to any parents who want one.
