Soylent Green
Surely this should be a repeated, regular activity before casting aspersions? He could have just been passing time whilst a family member or friend had an appointment in Kings. With partners not allowed into waiting rooms and cafes closed, what is one to do whilst one waits? tedfudge
I would call the police it's better to be safe than sorry. Especially if the individual Male or female is in a children's playground and does not appear to be there looking after any children.I would observe first just incase the person in question was meeting someone there who has children and may have arrived early but would definetley keep an eye on them for a while Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/269373-ruskin-park-word-of-warning/page/2/#findComment-1472870 Share on other sites

What does this 'warning' actually accomplish?all it does is vilify an elderly man.
