RECOMMEND

Another post to recommend Rob Mills at All Aspects Plumbing (mobile 07952584171).

We needed a tricky installation of a thermal store in a tight space. Rob turned up absolutely on time on both visits and got it all done in a few hours at reasonable cost.

Standard of workmanship was excellent and friendly service.

Highly recommended.

Good Plumber - Recommendation new

A post to recommend Rob Mills at All Aspects Plumbing (mobile 07952584171). Rob installed our boiler and rads around 6-years ago and the system has been running very well. I?ve got Rob back to service the boiler yearly and provide a safety certificate. Recently he replaced a broken valve on the boiler and gave it a full full clean and general MOT. He?s a hard worker, friendly and just gets on with the job when he arrives. His charges are very reasonable and competitive. What I like is he always checks things over and over before he leaves just to make sure he?s happy with the system and how it is running.

Thanks for the recommendations for Robert Mills on here. As a result of this, we contacted him. We were without heating or hot water at the clinic and he came out to try to resolve the problem for us really quickly. He was very honest and gave us costings to repair the boiler (it was 18 years old!) which were not economically viable. He recommended that we got someone to fit a new boiler rather than throwing good money after bad. He didn't push for the work himself and left us to decide what we wanted to do. He fitted a new boiler within 2 days and thankfully our patients are no longer shivering in their gowns! We are most grateful and would highly recommend him. His number is 07952 584171

Another recommendation for Rob. He helped us to sort out a very frustrating tap, going above and beyond to get it working. Highly recommend him - lovely guy and really good at what he does.

Just to add my recommendation Robert!

Couldn?t be happier. Robert came round promptly and did a great job sorting out our radiators and boiler. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was really patient and professional as we worked out measurements and details. We will definitely use Robert again! Robert 07952584171

Plumber, best plumber we've ever used.

Robert Mills at All Aspects Plumbing has saved our bacon a number of times. Installed a boiler, fixed our bathroom, reinstalled our loo, fixed a leak from upstairs. Always reliable, always friendly. Lovely bloke. 07952584171

I can vouch for this!

We needed some urgent advice and Robert was happy to speak on the phone with me and consult over pictures for free just to be an amazing guy!

We had to get someone in fast on a Saturday so I didn't even end up using him at ours but his advice was brilliant!

He had us avoid a rogue plumber! And bad advice from someone else!!!

Thank you!

Plumber & Gas Engineer Recommendation

Robert Mills - All Aspects Plumbing

07952584171

Rob again helped me out with a couple of what turned out to be tricky gas jobs.

Of course he is Gas Safe Registered and took a lot of trouble to test for gas leaks before he started and after finishing. There was a small leak before and none after!

Thoroughly recommended for a pleasant guy and knowledgable tradesman.

    • Well at least you didn’t live here when we used to have Concorde 😂 can’t lie though, I actually find it comforting, haven’t known anything different and only realised it was a thing when a visitor pointed it out last year. It’s when the helicopters come around that it gets annoying and that used to be fairly regular too. Before the area… changed…
    • As long as there are other ways to offer feedback, but also to speak to the council about this matter, then 1-1 feedback to GALA is not a problem, but an additional option.
    • It's four bus stops away so hardly a deterrent unless one has mobility issues. Gala nor any other events organisers are under obligation to do what they've agreed to do. I'm sure if those who are serious and want to be heard will make the effort to attend the meeting. Whether their concerns have an impact or are taken seriously. Unless you can prove Gala have purposely chosen Peckham Levels as a means to deter people from attending i don't think it helps matters by implying that there's some sort of agenda or conspiracy going on. From following this thread it appears that's it's you with the agenda. Your display of arrogance in the post above ( Let's not pretend ) suggests that we're all in agreement with you.
    • I’m Greek, and I get my information directly from Greek media. I couldn't access the Economist article, but it doesn't seem very different from what I mentioned, apart from their ideological angle—and thanks for adding the actual text. If the government involves other private educational institutions, the situation will become more complicated indeed. However, I don't think it can be compared to the Greek situation for the reasons I mentioned and those in the Economist article, which I find prejudiced and patronizing, if not racist. (But a gap between ideology and real life is something with which many Greeks seem to live quite contented) Regarding the Economist's information, I'm not sure how many private schools closed, as the Economist claims, since the law only lasted for two months. I definitely know of one school in Piraeus called Michalopouleio, but given the law's brief duration, it can't be the sole reason.  Tsipras sending his sons to a private school does create an ethical problem. However, asking him to send his sons to a public school, when public education has been chronically neglected by right-wing governments, is similar to asking leftists to give away all their money.  Additionally, the right-wing government has introduced legislation that allows private colleges and universities this year, so there's no “problem” there anymore.
