The space would suit an illustrator, writer, graphic designer, web developer etc. or anyone wishing to work outside of home. You would be sharing with 3 friendly freelancers - a textile designer, editor and graphic designer.It's not suitable for a fine artist, sculptor unfortunately.The rent is ?187.50 each month and comes with free heating, electricity. There is also a communal kitchen and as mentioned located above one of the best pubs in South London.Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
