WANTED - 1/2 Bedroom Home (March onwards)

Recommended Posts

Hoping you lovely lot will be able to help us. My partner and I would absolutely love to move to the area and are seeking a property with the following characteristics:

- BEDROOMS: Either a large ONE BEDROOM or 2 BEDROOM (e.g. 1 double bedroom, 1 smaller closet bedroom suitable as an office).

- PET FRIENDLY: Indoor Cat Friendly (we have 2 ragdoll cats).

- LONG-TERM LET: We would love to stay in the same place for a long time - our previous rental was almost 3 years and we only moved due to personal circumstances (to care for a relative who has since passed).

- UNFURNISHED (potentially PART FURNISHED, depending on what furnishings are there).

- MOVING DATE: Very flexible, ideally around March onwards.

If you have anything that might be suitable, please do let us know!

    • The Peckham Coal Line proposals (which frankly I had forgotten the details of, and never knew the council had made any contribution toward) were an interesting idea worth exploring at the time. A £10k contribution to a feasibility study that was mostly paid by private donations is pretty good value. Obviously those struck by #southwarkderangementsyndrome will say this thing the council did 8 years ago is literally the end of Western civilisation. https://www.peckhamcoalline.org/blog/feasibility-study-1-year-on

    • Another to consider is if when you purchased them, the chicken was kept in a sealed plastic bag as that will definitely contribute to them going of. I always wrap meat lightly in greaseproof paper and store it at the bottom of the fridge.  Just an idea. Hope you are feeling better.
