I would defintely second recommending Mark Taylor (Torcal). He was absolutely brilliant. He helped with a loft conversion and his design has avoided the need for me to get a party wall agreement, which if any of you have experience of can add an extortionate amount of expense. He also charged a very reasonable price. I had a few other problems with consent issues and couldn't have been more helpful (and nice!). If anybody wants more info - please PM me

Hello

Could you please recommend a structural engineer please.

I just applied for the purchase of the loft from Southwark Council but was told the velux windows would make weaken the roof construction so I am looking for professional help to write the report about my roof etc.

      Looking for an Irish language teacher

      Hello, I'm from Ireland and would love my children to be able to know the language - I can speak it but I'm not so good at teaching it. If there's anyone local who used to teach Irish at primary school (preferably Connemara Irish) and who'd like to tutor 3 boys aged 7-10 for an hour or two a week please do let me know. Thanks, Sarah
