Hi there. My name is Greg Ring and I?m a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor. I?ve just moved to the area and I?m on a quest to build a clientele and establish myself as a personal trainer here. I am currently offering FREE trial personal training sessions and from then on very reasonable introductory rates. You do not need to be a gym user and there are no obligations to continue beyond a free trial.

I?m offering a versatile service that provides the option of being trained in a fully equipped personal training studio in East Dulwich, your home or Local Park.

I am passionate about health and fitness and love being able to help people achieve their goals. I understand how difficult it can be to lose weight and achieve your fitness aspirations. With regular exercise, you can improve both your body and mind and feel great doing it. Good nutrition and exercise leaves you far better equipped to lead a fitter, fuller, happier and maybe even longer life.

I have some great deals which are open to negotiation to kick start 2013.If you are interested or have any questions please don?t hesitate to contact me on [email protected] or 07872 953 628.

Thank you for reading this Ad and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Greg Ring Personal Training

?Be your personal best?

I can definitely recommend Greg as a motivating and inspirational personal trainer.

I was a bit apprehensive at first as in my experience fitness trainers come with a certain stigma. But from our first consultation and subsequent sessions, Greg put my mind at rest.

I have been training with Greg regularly, and now feel the fittest I have ever been. He is an excellent trainer, he works you hard and keeps the work outs challenging, but also the sessions are fun and enjoyable. Greg is likeable and friendly, yet maintains a professional manner, and is very knowledgeable in his expertise. Highly recommended

I have only been training with Greg for a short while but already feel the benefits that a personal trainer brings and want to recommend him to others on this forum that are thinking of hiring a personal trainer. He clearly knows his stuff as I feel better with every session and family and friends have noticed a real difference in me. The nutritional plan that Greg designed to go with the training was tough to stick to at first but I?ve got used to subtle changes and feel far better for it.

I look forward to my next session this week!

Keely

I have been training with Greg for just over a month now and would definitely recommend him.

He really motivates and encourages you towards your goals but also makes it fun. I have learned lots of new ways to exercise and tone and am already noticing the benefits. No one session is the same and I have really enjoyed toning with boxing which I didn?t expect. Greg also recommended a healthy eating program with tips that are easy to follow (and not too restrictive!) I was worried about fitting sessions in around my (9-5) job but have actually found it easy to plan this with Greg.

Hey Running Ellsbells,

missse22 has hit the nail on the head. I don't usually use forums but was happy to post a recommendation as I am happy with his service and I know he is trying to get his name out there (and I thought that is what this section is for) :-)

    • As far as I am aware, the UK are not selling weapons to Russia and aren’t helping the Sudanese government to commit massacres. I also doubt that the Sudanese authorities claims that their army is “the most moral army in the world” and I also doubt that they are backed up by the majority of the Western world. This is why people are marching on Saturday, to reiterate that killing children is not ok and to show the world that they are not alone fighting against that evil fascist government, nothing more, nothing less. P.S: if you’re aware of any marches going on in London for the poor Sudanese people, I will gladly attend.
    • So what do you want to see happen in the site ? The developer has to make money so increasing social housing may not be financially viable and we 100% need more accommodation locally.  Also the quote that it will be used by people as second homes is a bit strange, I would have suspected that would be the opposite as people might look to the countryside for a second home, not a semi run down town centre. For future, can you attach files as PDFs not word documents as my firewall blocks Word downloads due to increased risk of carrying hidden payloads.
    • If you don't locate the owner happy to take it to a charity for you such as the Bike Project.  A description would be good and I can check my networks
    • Hi there,    We have been having our windows cleaned by a lovely man for the past 10 years. This is a bit bonkers, but we don't have his number. Because we were often at work when he knocked for payment, we set up a monthly direct debit to him and never needed to contact him. Now our neighbours are looking for their windows done. I wondered if anyone might have his contact details? He does many of the shops on Forest Hill Road SE22   Thanks!   Julia
