I see that Callow is looking for new premises as the drop in customer numbers due to the road closure means they can?t afford to stay where they are.

Agreed, hope they can find somewhere local or even move across the borough boundary into Lewisham. There is of course the now empty shop at the corner on the Kings Arms, East Dulwich Road/ Peckham Rye.
