Hi Everyone from the team at vegan plates, I will post our crowdfunder on here to make our neighbours aware we are struggling hugely due to covid, we appreciate any support to help us stay open, we have moved to a kiosk in the marketplace Peckham (next to greggs) on Rye Lane, walk ins have been very slow due to government restrictions. Your contribution will help a local family run micro business stay alive x thank you for reading x

DULWICH GOURMET FOODS LTD TA VEGAN PLATES

69 ULVERSCROFT ROAD

SE22 9HF

Hi Ronnijade,

In the last 3 and a half years, we have made some major improvements and exciting products, such as our vegan fried chicken range and our vegan milkshakes, we average a 4.5 out of 5 on deliveroo, with amazing feedback. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your last few meals, pop in and see us and we will give you 50% off your collection order: use the code :ronnijade

Thank you for your input x

Bloody hell Ronnijade, where are you at?

Vegetarian and vegan food is different. I gave up being vegetarian after two decades because I'm easily swayed, and I had a carnivore girlfriend (now wife of 25 years). Veggie food that tries to cater for meat-eaters is really difficult. Please don't belittle people who try. I'm not sure if you are a vegetarian who could do better or an omnivore who demands food better than real meat, but you have really rubbished a small concern, and that is not fair. Get a grip and help rather than rubbish.

Hmm, yes, totally not belittling there... As my mum always told me, if you can't say anything nice, why say anything at all?

Thank you admin and you two amazing people we need support and appreciate all, it means a lot to us. We are inside the market place peckham, pop down and try our amazing new products made in store, we are offering 25% off our vegan shakes using code Milk25. Only available in store. Our crowdfunder.co.uk is a little slow, but we still have hope and believe in our amazing vegan fast food x

Hi, Lordship Lane. Thank you so much for the donation, we greatly appreciate your generosity. We are hard to find due to the market place peckham being a new place. We are located at the rear food court, the main building is next to greggs and 3 doors down from the primark in peckham. Hope you enjoyed your food! X much love, V Plates Team. X

    • I think there's the usual number this year -15-20 - screeching around high & low, zooming between the houses and generally being awesome. The back gardens between Colyton, Dovedale, Mundania & Shelbury always seem to have a colony in the summer - no idea where their nests are though. There's also what appears to be a solitary bat that zooms back & forth along the front gardens of Colyton, unless it is several but you never see two at once!
    • Thanksxsll ive decided to return to original clinic with my questions.
    • We went to Provence on the Eurostar, it was great. I would recommend booking first class if you can, it's probably cheaper than a plane and the food you get is amazing. It's also great for a large family group, we had two tables across from each other so we could play cards, chat etc. It was so relaxing. Journey back less so as we had to go through passport control in Lille but I would follow the advice above about booking the return journey from the French Eurostar booking to smooth out any potential problems.
