ESPH is an exclusive gym and healthcare facility in East Dulwich. We are looking for local gym staff and class instructors to take our range of fitness classes from February 2013 including cycle, circuit and core-abs classes. A range of class times available including evening, early morning, morning and weekends. Must have exceptional communication skills and be highly personable with excellent exercise skills and experience/qualifications. Pay rates up to ?35/hour (for the 6:45am classes). Personal training would be a bonus but not-essential. Send a cover letter and CV to [email protected].

  Unfortunately the food at The Plough is not good, unless it has massively improved lately. Franklins is doing Christmas meals. They aren't cheap though. But I don't think any nice Christmas meal round here will be cheap, and probably some not very nice ones won't be cheap either.

  Last week (27 Nov) I was told the only way to book was via ACCURX (sp) website. I then proceeded to book via patient access (only 2 appts left). Left and right are telling different things Edit to add - can someone describe what happens once you have put a request via ACCURX. does it wait until a Dr has reviewed your request and how (if at all) do you choose the date.
