For the first few months, your newborn will need to be fed regularly throughout the day and night. Having a new baby is no doubt exhausting and mums often drift off while feeding their baby and may not have the energy to spend extra time on winding or settling them. This can result in the baby waking again within a short period of time and needing more winding and another top-up feed.

As soon as you return home from the hospital, I can help you get settled, assist and advice you on breast, bottle or combination feeding, help with changing, clipping your baby?s sharp nails and eventually bathing your baby and provide compete care for your newborn. I will also demonstrate the best techniques for winding your baby, give you advice on colic, reflux and teach you how to create the best environment for sleep. I will care for your baby overnight from 9pm through to 7am with some flexibility if needed, so that the extra sleep you get will allow you to be at your best and provide the highest level of care possible for your little bundle of joy during the day!
