Not an invitation for sedition, but its a cycle ride around the outside of London.

I'm 48 and I cycle, but don't belong to any of the local clubs and none of the few people I know who cycle are able to do this with me. I'm not uber-fit, but got on my bike last weekend for the first time in 10 weeks last weekend, and averaged just under 13mph over 40 miles.

Is anyone living in the area interested in doing this and the pre-requisite training?

I look forward to hearing from you

Geoff

The apple juice is also incredible and you can change your subscription to what suits you - I opt for every other week ☺️  I have a voucher if anyone wants to try, you get £10 off your next order with: HANNAHM_2
