In the Small print it says "service not included!" !? !

and it starts at East Dulwich station so that's 30 mins walking there and back already!

I think its North Dulwich-on their map- that makes sense- Village, picture gallery, golf club... I think service is not included means you can tip...............I would if I saw an owl!
