Naiada
We are looking to fill a room with lots of large indoor plants to give the appearance of a palm house. The room is very bright with large windows and gets very warm in summer so is almost like a conservatory. We get our smaller ones from local tradespeople but can anyone suggest trade outlets or really good garden centres where we could get big ones, either online or in person? We are happy to to go out of London (eg Kent or Surrey) to look and order. yeknomyeknom
2nd for Covent Garden flower market at vauxhall. Bulk buying allows for savings. We have the indoor tropical look and achieved that over the years but I can also recommend the giant peace Lily?s from IKEA which are easy to care for, massive and cheap. Pearspring on Lordship are good for tips and advice and have some hidden bargains. We found a mix of plants on the floor, then in raised planted, then on the tables then some hanging from the ceiling gave the right effect without too much spend. Also plants in front of mirrors multiplies the effect.
