Floor Sanding Recommendations Please!

Has anyone had recent experience of and would highly recommend a professional floor sanding person/company?

Ideally looking for someone who can take up the carpets first and paint some parts of the stairs after they have been sanded.

Back to wood. Used them twice and both times finish was flawless. Lots of recommendations on here

Had PJ in a couple of weeks ago. Worked tirelessly to restore floor and gave good advice, overcame some issues with existing floor. Now looks great - photo before final sanding and lacquer.
