I'd thoroughly recommend a lovely lady called Rima who works from her home in Clive Road in West Dulwich.I've been to her for eyebrow tint and shape and leg waxing and she does all the usual beauty treatment and is very reasonably priced. Her website is www.ladysecret.co.uk

Hi, I run Blissful Thinking, Mobile Massage and Beauty. I cover the Dulwich area, you can take a look on my website if you'd like to see a full menu of services. I only use premium products for all treatments, and am fully qualified and insured.

Hi there, I am Nicola Taylor and have been running my mobile beauty business for many years. I specialise in Organic Pharmacy facial treatments, Lycon waxing, Shellac pedicures and manicures and a lot more. I visit clients as far a field as Oxford but the bulk of my business is in Dulwich as I live locally. I offer high end treatments in a relaxed environment with a personal and professional touch. Treatment menu is attached.

I'd like to add my voice to this recommendation. I saw Nicola at the beginning of the week for a fabulous facial in very welcoming and relaxing surroundings and my skin still feels fantastic. I've had lots of comments about how well and 'glowing' I look and, like KikiMac, I won't be visiting a salon anytime soon as this was an infinitely preferable experience.

Agree with this recommendation. Rima recently had a baby and is taking a couple of months off, but you can still contact via her website to find out when she is back working. Her prices are so reasonable, compared to a lot of the places around this area.

    • Last week (27 Nov) I was told the only way to book was via ACCURX (sp) website.     I then proceeded to book via patient access (only 2 appts left). Left and right are telling different things Edit to add - can someone describe what happens once you have put a request via ACCURX.   does it wait until a Dr has reviewed your request and how (if at all) do you choose the date.

    • It’s literal.  There are levels of earners. Those who don’t work and get benefits, those who work and get benefits, those who work but don’t get benefits. now, it’s an assumption that the last group are all wealthy, but that’s not the case. People in this last group are most exposed.. private rent, higher tax brackets, cost of living increases, yet they pay the most tax, and get no help.    So many questions: why are workers needing to be subsidised? Should companies pay more? Should there be private rent caps?  Why are people better off not working at all, or only working low hours to ensure they get benefits top ups?  How do you think people respond to this?     Do you realise that a number of companies are focussing on buying property? The banks, the supermarkets! Yet the government is squeezing individuals out of this equation. What do you think this will look like in the future? When foreign companies own the majority of UK property?
