Fibreglass will do it - get some from Halfords - you can use a tin with acivator or be more sophisticated and use the mesh.

You wont get a pretty repair.

You can get repair tape from Toolstation etc

Tape less messy than fibreglass

Not clear why it's spilt and not a place where you'd expect it to split either. If you can remove the lower two brackets, replace the final piece of pipe with a new one from one of the local DIY stores or All Type roofing on the Lane, they may have an odd piece knocking around the yard (sort of opposite Rose the butcher)

Or if that fails you could always try one of the local handy(wo)man

Was caused by Two large (24" x 18" x 2") paving stones being left leaning against the pipework

during garden work. Had not noticed it until I moved them a few weeks after work had ended.

Sealed it with Fernox LS-X

Still a tiny drip after a few applications.

Will see if it clears up after a couple more layers of Resin..

    • I did read the comments above It's not moaning, it's stating facts. Tell you what,  you can come and clear up the near daily fox crap and see how you like dealing with it, no didn't think that would appeal to you.  Do they control rodents?  Foxes are vermin.
    • Well why don't you read the posts on this thread suggesting humane ways of deterring them from your garden, and do something constructive about it, instead of moaning? As for culling - how do you think that should be done, exactly?  And yes, as said above, they control rodents. Would you rather be overrun by rats?
    • It's hardly likely someone was going to kill him just because they knew about him 🙄
    • I understand that dealing with mess in your garden is frustrating, but calling for culling & branding those who care as "idiotic" isn't just unhelpful, it's dangerously reductive. Urban foxes exist because we've steadily removed their natural habitat. They adapt, survive & yes sometimes that means scavenging in places we'd rather they didn't. But labeling them a "pest" overlooks the bigger picture, which is that they are part of our urban ecosystem & play a vital role in controlling rodent population. As someone above so accurately pointed out, dogs leave more waste on footpaths. A fox is a canine, just like dogs. So are you calling for the culling of pets too?
