My name is Greg and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and nutritional advisor, fully insured and first aid certificated. I offer a versatile service and take sessions in a fully equipped East Dulwich private fitness studio, at your home or Local Park, whatever is more convenient for you.

I am passionate about Health and Fitness and love being able to help people achieve their fitness goals and aspirations.

I train individuals but can also accommodate groups who are often friends and couples who want to share the cost and have fun getting fit together!
