Here is a great way of seeing your fitness progress.


Record Your Stats


Nothing builds motivation as efficiently as seeing signs of improvement.


Keep some kind of record of your activity.


It can be as simple as noting the weight you lifted or recording the time it took to cycle 10k. You can use either one of the many fitness apps available or old-fashioned pen and paper.
