Hi, I'm Elizabeth Knott and have been teaching yoga classes in East Dulwich for 12 years.

Come and join me for an in-person 2 hour Hatha Yoga Winter Warmer Workshop on Saturday 4th December 2-4pm at Oru.

We'll enjoy a physical yoga practice including relaxation and meditation.

Location : Oru, 20-22 Lordship Lane, SE22 8HN (between East Dulwich Grove and Zenoria Street) near Goose Green
