Get this right.

You?d better exercise regularly, even if they are short ones than working out only once a week for 3 hours.

It?s like learning a language. You need to practice it daily to make progress rather than having a 2-hour lesson once a week.

Do you brush your teeth once a week or every day, or even more than once a day?

You got my point!
