Flooring Specialist Needed

Good evening,

I'm in the process of buying a flat locally and am looking for a flooring specialist to help assess whether the flooring beneath the current (horrible) carpets can be sanded down and renovated - or if not, potentially to give quotes for new or reclaimed floors.

Does anyone have any recommendations of local companies who might offer such services?

Would recommend Academy Flooring Services. They did our old neighbours and our new flat when we moved, and again when we had some building works.
