Bike is around 7 yrs old, still beautiful and rides well. Kept in great condition, stored in garage and recently serviced Seabass cycles.

Daughters? current height is 170cm hence why selling: to purchase bigger bike to accommodate leg length.

Are you sure on that sizing Road bikes have 29 inch wheels. 32 inch wheels are generally for riders well over 6 feet tall!
