Melbourne Grove Medical Practice

Melbourne Grove has just started a new way of booking an appointment. Now I have to call them and they get someone to call me back, talk to me about the problem and asses me. I can understand that they are busy but my 10 month old daughter is running a fever and hasn't eaten solid foods for over a week.

Next I'll be asked to 'press one if your problem has to do with your ear.'

I used to think that was a joke. I have witnessed no evidence to suggest it isn't a joke and yet these days I am more inclined to believe you ;-)
