Learn how to massage your baby with a full body & short colic and wind routine and yoga movements with experienced baby massage instructor, Samantha Chater.

There are also some suggestions on how you can adapt the massage as your child grows and there is time set aside for informal discussion for you to share ideas and experiences. Classes are relaxed, fun and it's a great way to meet other parents.

The class is held at The Vale Practice which is a complementary health setting. There is a maximum of 6 spaces and only 2 are available.

The Vale Practice and Complementary Health Centre, 64 Grove Vale, East Dulwich SE22 8DT

Monday 22nd April at 11.30am

Baby massage may help:

Strengthen the bond between parent and baby

Manage the symptoms of colic, constipation and gas

You to learn your baby?s cues and body language

Help you both to relax

Encourage deeper and longer sleep

Increase your baby's physical and emotional wellbeing

My aim is to ensure all parents take away from my courses a positive experience where you feel empowered to help your little ones, enjoy that one-to-one time with your baby, give you some additional tools to do so and spread that loving nurturing touch.

    • Apologies on the tardy reply, but thank you everyone for your responses and suggestions! Unfortunately I couldn't attend the recent EDF drinks because of work (I know right). But will absolutely keep eyes peeled for the next one and try and come down!
    • Because of the weather which delayed completion with roofer only being able to work certain days, it was up from November - end of January. Went slightly higher than gutters (we also had guttering replaced).
    • It's tough being a courier and the pay which is largely based on the number they deliver is miserable. Hence the staff turnover is high. EFRI was previously branded as HERMES but they had to create a new brand name because of poor performance. We get regular courier deliveries and EVRI are by far the worst. They just drop the parcel at the front door - often without ringing the bell. But worst is when they deliver to the equivalent door number on LL instead of ours on EDG. Best are ParcelForce, DHL and DPD by a wide margin.
    • I know the couple you mean, and she has always been friendly and smiley when delivering to me, but obviously in a hurry, for all the reasons outlined in the thread. My gate is always open, however (unless someone coming to the house closes it when they leave). I can't see the point of gates that have to be opened and shut again every time someone comes to the house. It just seems a waste of time, and it's annoying if you are carrying stuff. And a closed gate  conveys a sort of "my house is my fortress" feel. To me, anyway.
