Saw this today on both sides of Melbourne Grove, near Blackwater street. Can't understand why.

It is due to Thames water doing works (on Melbourne grove anyway).

Perhaps all of Crawthew is being set aside for temporary toilets and tea making facilities for the army of builders working on that site in the corner. Anyway, not long to go now, they are due to finish in November.
